My name is Amal Albedah. I am a local management and HR consultant and trainer. It took years of learning and practical training to understand the Kuwaiti market and working culture and understand exactly where I can help. Although my original education was in the Engineering field, I have studied human resources and got several accreditations from internationally recognized bodies such as SHRM, World at Work, and DDI. And I continue to learn with every project, every organization, and every workshop because I’m a firm believer that learning is what makes us grow as human beings and as professionals.

My passion is to help people succeed in achieving their full potential. There’s nothing more rewarding that seeing others grow. This is why I believe in our field and believe that it is the driver for better world.
