The topic of women in leadership has been one of the hottest issues for decades, but progress has been slow! Real progress depends on changing the leadership environment. Changes to culture and adopting data-driven talent practices can help reduce bias and provide opportunities for women leaders to thrive. Women need to be prepared to face all kinds of challenges to make this change.

This online course helps women in leadership with exploring their confidence, quieting the inner critic, and conquering self-doubt to advance their career path. They also immerse themselves in a challenging, real-life scenario in which they identify specific tactics for leaning in to confidence.
