During this workshop, we will walk through your pitch and business model, then dive deeper to understand your customer and quickly test out your theories with various methods. We’ll help you make the necessary adjustments, review your MVP, then start building your team, marketing plan, and your business. We’ll look at different approaches for growth and pick a plan suitable to your needs. Our role doesn’t end here, we’re instead going to hand hold your business for three mentoring sessions.
